At Dustlane Co., every piece is packed with care, intention, and a little bit of that open-road spirit we live by. 

Processing Time : All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

During new drops, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time.  We promise it’s worth the wait. 

Shipping & Delivery : Once your order leaves our hands, it’s on its way to yours. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method. 

Free Shipping : We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 as a thank-you for supporting our small shop and dream. 

Order Tracking : As soon as your order hits the road, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Dustlane Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If something seems to be off with your delivery, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for the quickest resolution—we’re always happy to help guide you if needed.
